3. PRICING & ORDERS

Currency

All prices displayed on our platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.

MANEL SKIN reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit order quantities at any time after receiving an order due to reasons including:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Other legitimate operational reasons

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping charges, processing times, and delivery procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or local logistical interruptions.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer must make full payment to the courier representative before opening the package.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • MANEL SKIN provides a 3-day return window from the date of package receipt for eligible products.

  • Returned products must meet the applicable requirements, including being unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Eligible returns must be sent to our designated Peshawar distribution facility.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return and refund process.

All content available on our platform, including but not limited to:
